• a minimum of 2 theory sessions highlighting different baking techniques and faults

 • different types of cake fillings

• explanation about chocolate

• covering of tier cakes/ multiple layered cakes • different types of themed and 3D cakes

• piping sessions using royal icing and chocolate and other types of fillings
