Kindly read carefully the following Terms & Conditions:

  • Registration payment (where applicable) is indicated for each course in the ‘Overview’ tab.
  • For a class to be formed, a minimum number of students must register. In most cases, the minimum is 10. The Directorate for Lifelong Learning and Employability reserves the right to change this minimum number of applicants based on the course subject’s importance.
  • Classes having fewer students throughout the year may be closed and those students shall be offered the opportunity to join another class so that a sustainable service is ensured.
  • Applicants are registered according to the date and time received through the online system. Applicants applying and paying online ensure immediate registration.
  • Foreign nationals who are not officially registered as residents of Malta are not eligible to apply for any course. Foreign nationals applying for a course shall present documents attesting that they are officially residing in Malta in accordance with national or European Union law. Third-country nationals may not request an authorisation to remain in Malta on the basis of having applied for, or are following, any course offered by the Directorate.
