The CITO Skills Checker enables a person to independently carry out an initial assessment of their literacy, numeracy and digital skills. This will orientate them to their options regarding a flexible learning opportunity as well as recognising their prior skills while providing further pathways.
EPALE is a European, multilingual, and open membership community of adult learning professionals. EPALE focuses on the adult learning community. We want to improve adult education standards across Europe, and for users to share their experience and knowledge. The aim of the platform is to produce content mainly for users by users. Therefore, we welcome and encourage users’ contributions to the platform.
These MOOCs and OERs mitigate the challenges posed toward European societies by the ever-increasing pace of digitalisation by preparing teachers to understand and better address the training needs of adults. The training content accounts for the 3-step approach of the Upskilling Pathways.
