N.B. Certificates are awarded to those who successfully complete courses that are accredited by the MFHEA. These courses are presented with the acronym MQF. Students who obtain the minimum pass mark for the course and who meet the attendance requirements are awarded a certificate. For most courses, this means achieving an overall mark of 45% or higher and attendance of 80% or more.

2. In this email, a green box labelled “Import My Credential” can be found. Please click on this box.
3. You will then be redirected to a page where you will see the certificate URL displayed in the centre of the page. Please click on this link.
4. Once the certificate opens, it can be downloaded as a PDF by clicking on the green text “Download Record in PDF Format” located on the left-hand pane.
